DELIVERED IN 13 SHIPPMENTS WITH ROLLOVER AND EXTENSIONS.

PRICE AND TOTAL AMOUNT OF THE CONTRACT 
 
The price of copper cathode 99.99 % agreed upon minus 10% from LME price with adjustment for the price every 
month. 
TERMS OF PAYMENT 
The buyer’s bank will issue an irrevocable, auto-revolving, and confirmed Documentary Letter of Credit covering the 
monthly shipment value payable 100% at Stainweg warehouse, Dar Es Sallam Tanzania, against presentation of the 
shipping documents mentioned in the contract and inspection certificate issued by SGS, BL, insurance 110 %, chemical 
analysis and the rest of the shipping documents.
